The Rustic Inn Creekside Resort & Spa is a luxury resort that is nestled between Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park. The resort is designed around a meandering trout stream and is surrounded by mountains and wildflowers. The Rustic Inn boasts gourmet dining, luxury stand-alone cabins and a world class spa. All of this in the heart of Wyoming’s natural wonders like Yellowstone and the Snake River.
CHALLENGE
Our challenge was to attract a luxury traveler seeking a rustic getaway, but did not want to do without creature comforts and conveniences. Awareness was low and new properties where encroaching on market share.
STRATEGY
To expand Rustic Inn’s presence into new media with exciting new video content. We ran a robust digital campaign as well as television in key feeder markets.
RESULTS
85% occupancy and 20% increase in website traffic. Shoulder seasons received an additional boost with better-than-expected occupancy during the off-season.
